A tribute to one of the greatest to ever play the game. (VIDEO)

Mike Gartner will soon become the 7th all time goal scorer in the NHL so we wanted to pay tribute to the former great. Obviously Gartner has long since retired, but last night the New Jersey Devils' Jaromir Jagr tied Gartner with his 708th career goal. Despite clearly being on the decline when he became a member of the Leafs, he played just 140 games over 3 seasons, Gartner racked up 86 points. In my opinion Gartner has always been one of the most underrated goal scorers in NHL history, his speed and his skill with the puck on his stick was absolutely incredible.
