Update on the health of David Booth following a vicious elbow to the face. (VIDEO)

This update makes it clear that the NHL let Anaheim Duck Sami Vatenen off easy with just a fine. According to a report from TSN's James Mirtle David Booth suffered a broken nose after taking a vicious elbow to the face from Vatanen last night during the Leafs loss to Anaheim. Not only is the injury to Booth more seriosu than originally expected, it's now also uncertain whether or not he will be able to play tonight when the Leafs take on the Sharks.
