Update on Tinordi following last night's brutal Knock Out. (VIDEO)

Jarred Tinordi of the Hamilton Bulldogs found himself unconscious after he picked a fight with Utica Comets’ Andrey Pedan. It seemed like Tinordi and Pedan had made the decision to drop the gloves before the puck was even dropped, and it;s a decision Tinordi will likely be regretting for some time. After the two men exchnage a series of more minor blows, Pedan nailed Tinordi with a thunderous punch that immediately sent Tinordi down in a heap on the ice. Trainers were immediately call over for help and the broadcast eventually cut away to avoid showing Tinordi unconscious on the ice. We now know according to multiple sources that Tinordi will require dental work to repair the damage suffered, and will also be undergoing a series of tests today to determine the extent of his injuries. While no official report has been made, Tinordi is rumored to have been seriously injured on the play.
