The lost art of the hip-check is certainly something that all hockey fans miss. These incredible hits were prominent in the 90's, but have all but died off in today's NHL. You may see one or two really good ones per year and although we cherish them, we kind of wish they were more in number. This particular hip check from a Division 1F game in Sweden particularly uplifting, and may in act make your day.
