VIDEO: The annual Teddy Bear Toss is back!

With christmas just around the corner, holiday traditions are due to start beginning once again. Well The Bakersfield Condors, of the ECHL, have a very special tradition for an excellent cause. The annual Teddy Bear Toss is their way of celebrating by giving to The United Way. All 7,358 teddy bears were counted on live television on Monday night and will be donated. As the Condors and Utah Grizzlies faced off in action, the Condors opened the scoring early in the first period. In an instant down came thousands of bears to celebrate. It is really quite a sight to see. Another Teddy Bear Toss will happen this Saturday when The Rockford IceHogs host the Grand Rapids Griffins.
