(VIDEO): Crafty Red Wings prospect scores a showstopping goal!

No it's not Anthony Mantha, or Dylan Larkin this time. With all the budding stars the Red Wings have in the minors it's easy to forget that there are other crafty prospects waiting in the wings. prospect Andreas Athanasiou stole the puck and dangled around the Charlotte Checkers to score for the Grand Rapids Griffins on Tuesday. He toe-dragged the puck around a defenseman before roofing a backhand shot for a goal that would make the highlight reel in any league. Athanasiou, 20, has 13 goals and 13 assists in his first full pro season. Detroit selected him in the fourth round of the 2012 draft.
