We got another update on the health of NHL legend Gordie Howe, but this time it came from a uniquely qualified perspective. Gordie's son Dr. Murray Howe joined NHL Live on Monday to share his thoughts on his father's near miraculous recovery, as well as offer some insight on what his day to day life is like at the moment. The key point to take away from the video below is of course the fact that Gordie Howe continues to improve on a day to day basis. On a more somber note, we would also like to offer our condolences to the Howe family for the loss of Vic Howe, Gordie's brother, who passed away Saturday at the age of 85.
