Have you heard about this guy named Johnny Boychuk? Because he's pretty damn good. The talented New York Islanders defenseman got the best of Washington Capitals superstar Alex Ovechkin near the end of the second period of Sunday's Game 3, dropping to block a shot and having the presence of mind to knock the puck away on a dangle attempt. He uses his entire body and his stick to his advantage while stripping the puck from one of the biggest superstars in the game today. If defense wins championships, credit general manager Garth Snow for prying Boychuk away from the Boston Bruins back in training camp.
