VIDEO: No justice for Ovechkin's hit on Komarov

As expected the NHL has flip flopped again regarding their policy on head shots. Alexander Ovechkin will not receive a hearing for his blindside hit on Leo Komarov. The NHL looked at the tape and determined it did not warrant any further discipline. Anyone who is surprised by this decision clearly does not understand the special treatment that certain star players receive. Ovechkin has had multiple questionable hits go unnoticed by the NHL this season. This latest incident just adds to the idea that Ovechkin can pretty much do what he likes and not face consequences. Komarov is being tested for a concussion and the results have yet to be made public.
