Video: Krejci injured after attempted check on Alex Steen.

This was the last thing the Bruins needed in the middle of a grueling race for a spot in the post season. During Friday's game against the St. Louis Blues Bruin's forward David Krejci went down with an apparent lower body injury after he hurt himself during an attempt body check on the Blues' Alex Steen. The incident occurred early in the games' second period, the Bruins would later announce that Krejci would not return to the game.

There has been no update yet on the nature of the injury, but in watching the video it appears it could be an injury to Krejci's left leg. You can watch the video here courtesy of the NHL.
