To say the Toronto Maple Leafs have hit a new low after last night's 4-1 loss to the New Jersey Devils would be an understatement. It marked the Leafs 11th straight loss setting a new team record for futility. What is more impressive than losing 11 straight, is the way in which the Leafs are managing to lose these games. Peter Horachek's squad has only managed 9 goals during the stretch, and the team looks totally out of whack. The Devils last goal symbolized the Leafs recent run pretty perfectly as the Devils were able to score an empty-netter before goaltender James Reimer even made it to the bench. Today one Youtuber had the idea of immortalizing this incredible record in a video. There's always Connor McDavid right?
