Despite the overall mediocre performance of the Flyers as of late, Matt Read and Sean Couturier have started to be effective on a line together. There ability to get to the net and work hard down low has earned then some recent success. This continued on Saturday afternoon against the Carolina Hurricanes, as the two combined to score the opening goal of game. Hard work around the net and persistence got the better of the Hurricanes defence on this one, not to mention the patience Couturier shows before potting the goal. Let's Go Flyers!
