Video: Must see! Aaron Ekblad nails a referee from behind!

Normally you would feel bad for a guy in a situation like this, but if we're being completely honest given the state of officiating this season, this was pretty funny and oddly satisfying at the same time. During the final moments of the second period of Thursday's game between the Florida Panthers and the Minnesota Wild, Aaron Ekblad a rookie for the Panthers absolutely leveled a linesman from behind. The linesman was also skating backwards at the time and during the replay you can really see just how severe the impact  was. You can watch it here courtesy of the NHL.
