The Buffalo Sabres have had a bad season so far, but no sequence may have been worse than the one that occurred in tonight's game against the Detroit Red Wings. Especially for Sabres defenceman Tyson Strachan. Stachan was the victim of a Henrik Zetterberg slapshot to the face, which looked very painful. To make matters worse for the Sabres, Wings forward Gustav Nyquist scored seconds later on a Jonas Enroth rebound. Strachan was forced to leave the game to receive medical attention after the shot turned him into a bloddy mess. He returned to the game later in the period. [iframe id=""]
