Fans everywhere will be delighted to know that possibly the biggest hockey fail of the year happened last night in NCAA action. Teams from the University of Vermont and New Hampshire engaged in a well fought hockey game. That is, until this happened. New Hampshire defenceman Brett Pesche picks up the puck in his own zone and turns suddenly up the ice. He doesn't see the official parked directly in back of him and the two collide hard. Pesche drops to the ice and loses control of the puck. The puck then trickles perfectly to Vermont forward Dan Senkbeil, breaking in alone on the goalie. He makes absolutely no mistake and rifles the shot home on what may be the easiest goal of his collegiate career. This play is just a hilarious comedy of errors. Enjoy!
