Max Pacioretty of the Montreal Canadiens had to be helped off the ice by members of the Canadiens training staff after he took a big hit from Anaheim's Clayton Stoner. It's no surprise Pacioretty was injured on the play, the primary points of contact with the boards appear to be his shoulder and/or face. There are no official reports on Pacioretty's injury as of yet, one Montreal insider, Marco Normandin, has suggested it may be an elbow injury. The hit came as Pacioretty was watching a pass slide down the ice, and then he was drilled by the hit from Stoner. Clean or dirty? Watch the video below and make your own judgement call.
