(VIDEO): Referee calls charging after player leaves his feet on hit.

Penalties can get you into big trouble in the playoffs and unfortunately for the Washington Capitals, they're in some at the moment. During Saturday afternoon's Game 2 matchup between the Caps and New York Rangers, big hitting Cap' Tom Wilson was called for a charge after he left his feet to deliver a hit at the end of the first frame. The contact was minimal, but the call was made nonetheless. The Rangers already have one power-play goal and are badly out-shooting the Capitals after one period of play. New York currently leads by a score of 2-0 and this penalty could prove costly. Was this the right call or just another soft one?
