All that hard work that Scott Laughton has been putting in lately finally paid off on Saturday afternoon as he scored his first ever NHL goal. Laughton fired home a quick snap-shot over the blocker of Hurricanes goaltender Anton Khudobin. It is likely a moment he will never forget.
