There has definitely been a change in attitude with the Winnipeg Jets. Ever since the whole Evander Kane saga unfolded the mood in the locker room has been more light-hearted and fun. Following Winnipeg’s 5-4 shootout victory over the Detroit Red Wings, goaltender Michael Hutchinson was being interviewed by JetsTV, when one particular Jet decided he needed a moment in the sun. Dustin Byfuglien had two assists in the Jets win over the Red Wings and skated a team-high 27:33, including nearly six minutes on the power play. That definitely earned Big Buff some camera mugging.
