Hopefully this turns out to be just a small setback. The Red Wings most important defenceman and leader in ice time Niklas Kronwall suffer an injury in Monday night's game versus the Buffalo Sabres. Kronwall was working for the puck in the corner when he collided with two Buffalo Sabres, Tyler Ennis and Drew Stafford. Niklas Kronwall is the Wings leader in ice time this season and he is one of the teams quarterbacks on the blueline. GM Ken Holland reported that Kronwall is considered day-to-day and would hopefully be available for Saturday's game versus the Ottawa Senators.
