Video: Wayne Simmonds vs. Matt Martin

Let's face it, the Flyers have not been very good in the first period of games thus far this season. They once again came out flat and someone had to answer the call and try and give the Flyers some much needed energy. That man was Wayne Simmonds. Simmonds dropped the gloves with Matt Martin early in the 2nd period. The trash talk began before the faceoff and once the puck dropped both men began throwing bombs. The referees finally separate the two after a great tilt.
