Bennet teaching the kid to keep his head up in a proper way
The Calgary Flames were facing the Dallas Stars on Friday. Flames goaltender Brian Elliott won his 10th straight game for Flames as they outscored the Stars three to one. “You still have to play really well to solidify a spot here,” Elliott said. “The race is getting tighter and tighter. These two points are going to mean a [heck] of a lot at the end of the year. Building a little bit at a time … that’s what you need to do."
What retain the attention though is Bennet teaching the Devin Shore to keep his head up with an enormous open ice hit! Sam Bennett, former first round pick (4th overall) of the 2014 NHL entry draft is a 6ft1 center carrying a 186-pound body.
He might not be the biggest player in the show, but he certainly showed he can play big by destroying Devin Shore last night.
