What can Andrej Sekera bring to the Kings? (Video)

The Kings made a big move on Wednesday and picked up one of the bigger defenseman available. Andrej Sekera was acquired by the Kings from Carolina. He is going to be a great asset and will definitely help the Kings, especially in an other long playoff run. He was averaging 22:46 of ice time with the Canes. He isn't having as big a season point wise as last year but he is still a very reliable defenseman and we know that he can put up those points. With the loss of Slava Voynov and Alec Martinez, Sekera is a very important addition and we are looking forward to lots of good things from him! Here is a video regarding the trade from NHL.com:
