Wings drop one in shootout (VIDEO)

Despite an incredible performance by Jimmy Howard, the Red Wings fell at the hands of the Boston Bruins last night at Joe Louis Arena. Howard made 37 saves to send the game into shootout, but no Red Wings could get one past Tuukka Rask. The Red Wings got goals from Tomas Tatar and Gustav Nyquist. While it is disappointing the Wings could not come away with the victory, fans can take solace in the fact that they did recieve a much needed point in this one. Not to mention they played without injured forward Pavel Datsyuk, who could have made the difference in the shootout.
