The Las Vegas Golden Knights have officially selected Detroit Red Wings' winger Tomas Nosek.
George McPhee was reportedly interested in goaltender Petr Mrazek, but decided to go with Nosek instead.
The 24-year-old winger played 11 games with Detroit last season. He was only able to record one goal, and a differential of -1. He signed with the Wings as an undrafted free agent, in 2014.
