During his speech at the annual Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremony, NHL commissioner Gary Bettman acknowledged former Chicago Blackhawks prospect Kyle Beach and the terrible incident that took place during his time with the team.

"I'm tired of the stalling..."

Bettman, of course, is under fire for his role in the alleged cover up of a sexual abuse scandal that has rocked the Blackhawks and the league. Beach came forward last month as “John Doe #1” in a lawsuit that alleges former Blackhawks video coach Brad Aldrich sexually assaulted him and that Beach made the Blackhawks, the NHL and the NHLPA aware of his allegatio….. yet nothing was done. Longtime Blackhawks GM Stan Bowman resigned in disgrace, former Blackhawks head coach Joel Quenneville resigned from his position with the Florida Panthers in disgrace, ’t’s anticipated that NHLPA head Donald Fehr will be replaced as a result of a union-led investigation, as well. Yet Bettm….. ’e’s made of titanium, I suppose

While Bettman was reportedly grateful that Beach’s lawyer emailed the NHL commissioner asking him to personally mediate settlement talks between Beach and the Blackhawks, he was once again caught flat out lying

That’s because TSN’s Rick Westhead just revealed that colleague of NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman has responded to Beach’s attorney to say Bettman won’t get involved as a mediator in settlement talks between Beach and the Blackhawks.

“We respectfully decline your request to participate in the mediation.”

You were in charge when all this happened, Gary… But clearly, you don’t give a damn…
