Hurricanes’ social media account rips the NHL

An account of the poeple.

The moderator for the Carolina Hurricanes official X (formerly Twitter) account is echoing the thoughts of plenty of hockey fans right now.

During tonight’s game against the Montreal Canadiens at PNC Arena, Carolina’s Jack Drury deflected the puck past goaltender Cayden Primeau while also making minimal contact.

However; the Habs would challenge the play for goaltender interference. After a review, the goal was called back.

Take a look for yourself:

And the Hurricanes social media account had a little bit of fun with it:

“Three days away from 2024 and no one has figured out what goalie interference is yet.”

Well done, Canes!
