Matthews signs autographs for kids, hilariously ignores adults
Seriously... these guys who go around hounding for autographs are so obnoxious.

Even if you're not an Auston Matthews fan, you're gonna love the stunt that the Toronto Maple Leafs' superstar pulled earlier today.
Check out Matthews signing autographs for some young Leafs fans and absolutely dusting the adult autograph hounds out there asking him, as well.
Love this:
Fan frigging tastic.
I love seeing stuff like this. Personally, whenever I see an adult, usually middle aged man let's be honest, asking for an autograph I automatically cringe. Most kids asking for an autograph will cherish that autograph. They'll keep it for years, show all their friends and develop a real connection with the player who signed it. The adults though... let's be honest... that thing is up on eBay before you can say, "easy payday".
I've actually known guys who made their living off of doing stuff like that and I made it a point to shame them whenever possible. It's... it's weird. And don't give me the "guys like us pay their salary" nonsense. If autograph seekers were outlawed tomorrow not a single NHL player would be worse off because of it. The fact is that they're just trying to justify their own existence and, simultaneously trying not too feel too much shame about what they do.
The fact is that these guys either need to be ignored or they need to be shut down quickly. Trust me from experience, one signing is NEVER enough. You give these guys an inch and they'll take a mile.
