More ridiculousness from the Coyotes and their arena situation
Seriously... when will the NHL pull the plug on this nonsense?
HockeyFeed
When the Arizona Coyotes released their ticketing information for the 2022-23 season at their new 5,000 seat capacity arena in Tempe, Arizona I honestly thought it was a joke. But, what else would you expect from this franchise at this point?
Just look at these prices:
Nearly $450 to watch a game in a junior hockey arena? Oh... and that's the rate if you buy half-season tickets, I'd imagine that single game retail prices will be much, MUCH higher. What an absolute joke.
Honestly, I hope that this silly experiment fails miserably just as everything has failed in Arizona since the NHL moved their back in 1996. The sooner this team moves out of the Arizona desert, the better.
But what's even better is that it was confirmed today that the Coyotes won't even be allowed to put their logo at center ice and will instead have to play with the ASU logo on the ice for home games.
Are you kidding me?! Imagine The Toronto Maple Leafs skating with the AHL Marlies logo on center ice... that's what we're talking about here. What a joke. Fold this team yesterday.
