Pavel Datsyuk continues to establish himself as one of the greatest Russian-born players to ever play in the NHL.
The Detroit Red Wings star forward further cemented his legacy on Saturday, by recording an assist on Mike Green's third-period goal against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
The assist was number 600 for his career, passing Alexei Kovalev for third on the all-time list among Russian-born NHL players.
Datsyuk also joined Gordie Howe, Alex Delvecchio, Steve Yzerman, and Nicklas Lidstrom as the fifth Red Wing to accomplish the feat.
Datsyuk will without a doubt go down in history as one of the greatest players to ever don a Red Wings' uniform.
In 945 games, Datsyuk has 314 goals, 600 assists for 914 career points.
