Taylor Hall speaks up for Jack Eichel and his “disconnect” with the Sabres

In case you missed Buffalo Sabres superstar Jack Eichel's comments yesterday, let me get you caught up real quick.

Eichel made several very pointed phrases to the organization that seemed to indicate he won't be back with the franchise next season. On ice failures aside, Eichel was clearly ticked off with the way the team handled his neck injury. Eichel claims that the team essentially would not allow him to have surgery on the neck and that there was a "disconnect" between him and the team.

You don't really have to read between the lines there to see that Eichel is upset and is likely seeking a change of scenery.
