The Vegas prankster strikes again
Mark Stone had a spooky surprise waiting for him outside his house.

This morning, Mark Stone woke up to a spooky surprise. 70 pumpkins were waiting for him in his driveway.
It came as no surprised when Stone accused Golden Knights goaltender Marc-André Fleury of having pulled off this stunt. Fleury is a seasoned prankster who has a reputation for pulling gags on his team mates, coaches, and members of the media.
When the Golden Knights and the Penguins met in Pittsburgh earlier this season, Fleury even took the opportunity to prank some of his former team mates and acquaintances. The netminder taped all of Sidney Crosby's sticks together and even pranked Pittsburgh TV reporter, Dan Potash by messing with his microphone.
Waking up to 70 pumpkins obstructing your driveway is surprising, but there is no doubt that Mark Stone was even more stumped to hear Fleury deny responsibility for the gag adamantly. The Golden Knights' goalie has never been one to hide behind a lie when it comes to his pranks and antics, so it appears that there is a copy cat roaming the Vegas streets.
Coach Gerard Gallant said that he wouldn't be surprised if it was Fleury who was responsible for the prank, but he adds that Jonathan Marchessault, another Quebec-born Vegas player could be the culprit as well. It may also be that someone else entirely pranked Stone; someone from his family, one of his friends, another unsuspected team mate. It may also be that deceit is a part of Fleury's plan.
The investigation continues for Stone. One thing is certain, the Golden Knights love having a bit of light-hearted fun, and why not during this Halloween season, while the team is performing quite well on the ice?
