Yup, it's that time of the year. The time where all the speculations and trade rumors goes out every day. As the Chicago Blackhawks are again considered as a contending team, it's no surprise that their name are associated with those rumors.
Since Friedman wrote about Sharpie's possible reunion and some wrote about Gabriel Landeskog and James Van Riemsdyk as potential fits for the Blackhawks another insider got an interesting scoop today.
According to Mark Lazerus, Blackhawks beat writer for the Chicago Sun-Times, two sources told him "have at least sniffed around Nyquist and Tatar."
Soon after, he tempered his tweet by adding this :
On a rational stand point of view, Tatar would makes more sens financially and he's going to be RFA at the end of the year.
