Breaking: Hayes slapped with fine after altercation with Lightning forward
Gotta wonder if messing with Killorn was worth the price tag.

The NHL Player Safety Department slapped three players with fines following an incident during the New York Rangers-Tampa Bay Lightning tilt on Thursday night.
The fines were all dolled out based on an incident during the game that appeared to show Kevin Hayes squirting water at Alex Killorn.
Here's Killorn's reaction.
Steven Stamkos was later caught spraying water at the Rangers' bench - and it's unclear who he hit. Some saw the water hit a ref, others saw it hit a player on the bench.
Any way you shake it, these are probably the most expensive water bottle squirts ever.
Fortunately, for them, $5,000 is chump change.
The Rangers took the game 2-1 in overtime.
