Breaking: Huge hit leads to another serious injury for the Penguins.

Just a quick update here but it's very bad news for the Penguins.

A breaking news report from Sam Kasan of Penguins Inside Scoop has just revealed that Jake Guentzel has been diagnosed with a concussion follow the huge hit he took from Buffalo Sabre Rasmus Ristolainen on Tuesday night.

The hit came in late and appeared to catch Guentzel completely by surprise, and those are always the worst kinds of hits. Guentzel tried to regain his feet after the hit but it was pretty obvious even for a casual observer that he had effectively been knocked out and was likely concussed as a result.
