BREAKING: MAJOR moves as team RELIEVE both their GM and their Head Coach of their duty.

Jack Eichel and Dan Byslma didn’t seem to be able to work together.

During the season, Dan Bylsma took a decision that seemed pretty surprising as he decided to bench his star player Jack Eichel. Tim Murray met with the press and took full responsibility for Sabres’ dismal season. 

Major news this morning as both of them are relieved of their duty with the Buffalo Sabres.

"After reviewing the past season and looking at the future of our organization, Kim and I have decided to relieve General Managers Tim Murray and Head Coach Dan Bylsma of their  duties. We want to thank Tim and Dan for their hard work and efforts that they have put in during their tenures with the club. We wish them luck. We have begun the process to fill these positions immediately” said Buffalo Sabres owner Terry Pegula.

Yesterday a major rumor emerged as WGR sport 550 sports radio was reporting this: 

“Inside sources have told me that Eichel has no desire to sign a contract extension this summer if Bylsma remains the coach..”
