BREAKING: Players missing

Confirmation received two players are considered day-to-day, and will not play in tonight’s game. In fact, neither traveled to Toronto with their team.

Both Patrice Bergeron and Adam McQuaid are listed as day-to-day with injuries, and will not participate in today’s game against the Maple Leafs.

David Backes replaced Bergeron on a line that succeeded in their first game, where his wingers were bioth David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand. Expect that same lineup in the game tonight.
