Ottawa Senators prospect Drake Batherson was injured this weekend in the QMJHL. The Cape-Breton Screaming Eagles forward will miss at least a month with a fractured hand.
The 19-year old prospect, drafted 121st by the Senators in 2017, was having a wonderful season before his injury. In 22 games played, he had register 37 points. Over the course of his junior career, the Fort Wayne, Indiana native has registered 109 points in 104 games (regular season and playoffs included).
He is expected to be back in December, on time to take part in the World Junior Hockey Championship.
