Breaking: Shane Doan has made a decision on his retirement.

For at least the past two seasons it has seemed like Arizona Coyotes veteran, and one of the most loyal players in the National Hockey League, Shane Doan, has been expected to retire.

For the second straight offseason Doan, who admits he has contemplated hanging up his skates, has decided he will continue to play for at least one more season, health permitting. Doan was expected to take some time to mull over the decision but it seems he has already made up his mind. 

The news was first broke by Arizona Sports 98.7 host John Bambadoro, and while there has yet to be any official confirmation, we don't not believe Bambadoro would make such a claim without having proper knowledge of the situation.
