Rough day for one of the NHL's best.

It was a bad night in the Big Apple for New York Rangers star goaltender Henrik Lundqvist.

Lundqvist and the Rangers were facing off against the Florida Panthers on Tuesday night, but for Lundqivst it was a very short night after he coughed up 3 goals on just 6 shots in the very first period.

Lundqvist lasted just 16:47 overall as Aleksander Barkov, Jamie Mcginn and Michael Haley all picked up goals for the Panthers. While Barkov's goal was a deflection that would have beat a lot of goalies, the next two came on shots that weren't particularly dangerous with Lundiqvist having a clear view of both shooters and the puck.

Alain Vigneault didn't even hesitate a second to take out Lundqvist after the third goal and Lundqvist's body language suggests that may have been the right call to make.
