Breaking: The Flyers have traded their first round draft pick!

The Philadelphia Flyers have once again surprised at the National Hockey League Entry Draft.

This time around general manager Ron Hextall has traded his number eighteen pick in the draft as well as the seventy-ninth pick, a third rounder, to the Winnipeg Jets in exchange for a pair of picks.

In return the Flyers will receive the twenty-second pick in the draft, a first, as well as the thirty-sixth pick in the draft. a second rounder, from the Jets.
