Doresett and Bass drop the gloves for one hell of a fight!

Fighting just isn't what it used to be in hockey, but every once in a while we get a glimpse of the past.

Two big boys, Vancouver Canuck Derek Dorsett and Nashville Predator Cody Bass, may have set this one up before the puck dropped, but that didn't stop either man from giving it his all in this battle. The two men went back and forth exchanging heavy blows despite the fact the officials clearly were trying to put a stop to it before it ever started. At one point we even saw both men bite down and just start trading bomb for bomb with neither guy showing any signs of backing down.

Unfortunately the officials would eventually step in, but luckily there was a clear cut winner after this one, the fans.
