Dylan Larkin will represent Detroit at the All-Star game.

Dylan Larkin arguably one of the three best rookies in the league this season has been chosen by All-Star captain, Jaromir Jagr.

Larkin is leading all rookies with 14 goals and is third for points with 27. He is the first teenager since Steve Yzerman to crack the Wings' lineup and has been identified by general manager, Ken Holland, as the new face of the franchise.

Larkin is a hometown talent, playing is university career, one-year, with the Michigan Wolverines.

He will be a force in the 3 vs 3 tournament.
