Gotta See It: Kesler and Johansen mic’d up

The rivalry between Nashville Predators playmaker Ryan Johansen and Anaheim Ducks pugilist Ryan Kesler has been well documented this postseason. Before suffering a season ending injury in game 4, Johansen had been clearly frustrated by Kesler, as the latter had attempted to do his best to make life difficult for the former.

Now, we have some audio that leaves no doubt as to how the two Ryans feel about each other.

Awesome stuff here. I’m not sure what’s funnier here, Johansen’s lame attempt at an insult, or Kesler’s response. It’s like a little brother attempting to get under big his big brother’s skin but failing miserably. With Johansen out for the remainder of the playoffs he won’t get a chance to redeem himself against Kesler, but if the Preds can hold on to take the series, he’ll certainly get the last laugh.
