Julien on his way out?

Can this be his last chance?

With the two preseason losses the Boston Bruins felt, some are wondering whether keeping Claude Julien was the right decision for the team’s future

Granted, he’s the winningest coach the team’s ever had, amassing a record of 393-223-88 over nine seasons with the Bruins, and is currently 10th among active coaches in terms of wins.

Don Sweeney gave a press conference at the end of last season, and said that Julien will keep his position and role for this upcoming season. Some might argue that missing two playoff berths in a row is enough to sack him and find a new coach to do the job.

This season could very well be Claude Julien’s last chance with the Bruins. I sure hope this isn’t the case.
