Marc-Andre Fleury makes a mind-boggling save in overtime on Friday night.

When you look at the goaltending situation on some National Hockey League teams this season one has to wonder why there wasn't more interest in veteran Marc-Andre Fleury at the trade deadline earlier this month.

The Pittsburgh Penguins netminder put on a spectacular display of skill and athleticism on Friday night when he made a mind-boggling save during a hotly contested overtime period against the Edmonton Oilers.

Oilers forward Ryan Nugent-Hopkins initially appeared to have a golden opportunity as Fleury slide across the crease with his pad down. However just as Nugent-Hopkins fired the shot over Fleury's pad, the Penguins goalie flexed his leg just right to make a perfect stop that has to be seen to be believed.
