Must see: Kid has cutest reaction to meeting his hero

Three-year-old Carter Nicholson has been a Nashville Predators fan for the better part of a third of his young life - he instantly fell in love with hockey and the team after being introduced to them last year.

Much like the rest of the hockey world, the Predators managed to capture this young fan's attention through the fantastic experience that the team offers. 

His favorite player is goalie Pekka Rinne, and the man did not disappoint Carter at last night's game.

Sometimes, it's the simple things in life that bring the most joy.
