Kyle Turris made a good impression in his first game with his new team, the Nashville Predators. The former Ottawa Senators, acquired by the Preds in a blockbuster trade last week, tied the game in the second period with his first goal with Nashville.

Turris, 28, was drafted third overall by the Phoenix Coyotes in 2007. He was traded to the Ottawa Senators in 2011. 

The Sens traded him to the Colorado Avalanche last week with Andrew HammondShane Bowers, round one pick in the 2018 draft and round three pick in the 2018 draft for Matt Duchene. The Avalanche then traded him to the Predators for Vladislav KamenevSamuel Girard and round two pick in the 2018 draft.
