Must watch : Bryan Bickell's touching tribute from NHL Awards.

Last night was all about Vegas picking its new roster and awards given to superstars across the leagues. It was all about George McPhee, Conor McDavid and Auston Matthews, but a very special moment happened that was way bigger than hockey itself. 

By now you're probably well aware of Bryan Bickell's story. The multiple Cup winner was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis soon after the 2015 Stanley Cup final and his life changed forever. He was traded to the Hurricane and decided to retire after the season. His story is a huge source of inspiration and the NHL and the NHLPA decided to give the man a proper tribute yesterday. 

Needless to say, not many eyes were dry after the sequence. Hockey is sometimes macho and a bit over the top, but it was perfectly on point for this exact moment at least.
