Nasty move from John Tavares gives Canada a three goal lead!

This was just adding insult to injury.

With Team USA staring down what seems likely to be their elimination from the tournament in the group stage, already down two goals to Team Canada with Carey Price in front of the Canadian net, Joh Tavares helped his team pad the lead by using a great move to beat Team USA's defense.

While Tavares himself didn't get the goal, in fact the goal itself was a rather ugly thing that bounced around on several skates before finding it's way into the net, his dangle to beat Team USA's defense is worth highlighting here.

The fact that this move led to Canada padding their lead to three goals must have made it a tough pill to swallow for the members of Team USA.
